On the stovetop, bring the water &amp; vinegar to a boil (add salt once boiling). Once salt is dissolved, turn heat off. In the bottom of each sterilized jar, put 1 tbsp pickling spice, 1 tbsp dill, 1 red chili, and 2 garlic cloves. Fill the jar with produce, packing tightly! Add 1 more tbsp of dill on top of the produce Fill jar to the very top with brine. Dry the rim of the jar, put lid on, and seal tight. Store in a cool, dry place for about 2 weeks then put in the fridge. Enjoy!</image:title>
