Your Body is Not Just a Temple—It’s the Temple
Over the past 15 years, one perspective has quietly guided the way I live, work, and heal. And in the wake of Charlie’s passing, it has felt more present than ever:
Viewing the body as a temple—and even more profoundly, as the temple.
This isn’t just symbolic language to me. It’s a lens I return to again and again in my own life, and one I invite my clients into as well. Because when we see the body as holy, everything shifts.
Health is no longer about checking boxes or fixing what’s “wrong.” It becomes an act of reverence.
Choosing real, nourishing food becomes an offering.
Rest becomes a sacred pause.
Movement becomes a form of devotion.
This way of seeing bridges the physical with the spiritual in a way that is deeply human. It moves us from obligation into connection, from pressure into presence.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in the cycle of “shoulds” when it comes to your health, I invite you to try on this perspective: What changes when I treat my body as the temple?
With love,
Natalie
