Hi there! I’m a registered dietitian specializing in functional nutrition and physiology. I work with health-aware adults who have already made thoughtful changes but still feel stuck or unsure why their body isn’t responding the way they expect. My role is to help make sense of those signals and restore the foundations that allow the body to regulate and heal.

This work is calm, practical, and intentionally paced. Rather than chasing symptoms or piling on protocols, I focus on bringing clarity and steadiness back to the process so progress feels sustainable and supportive of real life.
